Welcome to the 2026 CCBC!

The Cape Cod Bluewater Classic (formerly OBBC) is held in Falmouth, Massachusetts, but allows boats to fish from any port in the northeast! The CCBC continues to raise funds for a variety of local charities. This year the event will be donating proceeds to benefit The Fishing Academy, The Billfish Foundation, and The Skillie Project.

WHAT'S NEW!

For starters, the tournament will be adding a 6th day of fishing to the 2026 schedule! Boats will also be permitted to leave the dock wherever and whenever they choose!

All tournament teams will be permitted to fish a 42 hour window, providing it occurs during the allotted fish days.

We've added a new Yellowfin Tuna Stringer to our prize divisions.

The CCBC will be offering an Increased Small Boat Division. (now 42 feet and under) This is an optional division. There will be separate calcuttas, trophies, and prizes for this small boat division. Small boat division teams will still have the option to compete in the main division if they so choose. They cannot fish both divisions. Small boat division teams will also be able to compete in all of the tournament added entry divisions.

We've added more NON-SONAR Calcuttas.

For outside of New England participants only, the OBBC is making it easy to register. We can FedEx you your packet and captains bag if you register by July 1st. The captains meeting will be broadcasted on the Oak Bluffs Bluewater Classic Facebook page. Calcuttas can be done via wire transfer. Please call Damon Sacco at 508-221-5136. This remote registration will not be available for Massachusetts, RI, and CT boats. (NY & NJ only)

Check out our tournament APP! Tournament weigh in information, standings, and highlights will be offered on the OBBC phone app. 'Oak Bluffs Bluewater Classic'.

TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION: The OBBC Kick Off Party/Captains Meeting will be held on Saturday July 11th from 2 pm - 7 pm (MacDougall's greens on Falmouth harbor). There will be a registration/calcutta check-in table inside the marina hospitality building adjacent to the tent. Complimentary raw bar, open bar, gourmet appetizers, and live music will be available for all participants and sponsors. Captain's meeting will start promptly at 6:30 pm. For out of state crews unable to attend the captains meeting, it will be broadcasted live on the Oak Bluffs Bluewater Classic Facebook page, and questions can be typed in and answered.

Boats can fish from any port! The OBBC encompasses an overnight adventure, allowing entrants to fish two straight days before returning to the dock. Both weigh stations will be open to the public. Come help us celebrate the Cape Cod lifestyle!
